Responsibilities
Stephanie Wood is responsible for ensuring workplace safety for the 250+ Fisher employees with job sites in multiple states. Fisher Construction Group has made safety a deeply ingrained priority within the culture of the company that is due largely in part to Stephanie’s roughly 20 year dedication to Fisher.
Stephanie implements and coordinates the company’s comprehensive safety training program which includes occupational, industrial and environmental safety. As safety director, she responds and reviews accidents, evaluates current best practices and recommends changes where necessary.
