Fisher’s Project for District Brewing Wins Historic Preservation Award

Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA) named Fisher Construction Group the winner of 2023 Built by the Best at the CEBA Conference & Expo in the Over $35MM Category for the NewCold Project in Lebanon, IN. The award recipient was announced during the closing session of the CEBA Conference & Expo.

Designed and built by Fisher Construction Group, NewCold Lebanon is one of the largest and most advanced cold storage facilities in the world and was the 3rd negotiated high rise cold storage in the US with NewCold. Phase one of the highly automated facility consisted of a 464,656 SF footprint. The complex project included multiple elevations varying from 0’ to 141’ at the ASRS. With the capacity of over 27,000,000 CF and 122,000 industrial pallet positions, the facility will serve some of the largest food producers in the world.
