Built To Perform

TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

For more than five decades, Fisher Construction Group has delivered turnkey design-build solutions that simplify complex construction projects by providing a single source of accountability from concept through completion. As a general contractor, we provide a full range of design-build services, including architectural design, structural engineering, food process engineering, civil engineering, and building construction. By combining these services under a single contract, owners benefit from working with one integrated team from concept through completion.

The benefits of our turnkey design-build approach are numerous, including:

Single Point of Accountability: All responsibility—for design accuracy, completeness of plans, quality of construction, project coordination, and cost control—rests with Fisher Construction Group.

Design Efficiency: Our construction, architectural, and engineering teams work together seamlessly throughout every phase of the project, maximizing efficiency, constructability, and value.

Superior Teamwork: Because we maintain control over both design and construction, each phase transitions smoothly into the next, creating a collaborative environment focused on project success.

Fast-Track Delivery: When appropriate, design and construction activities can proceed simultaneously, reducing project schedules, accelerating occupancy, and minimizing interim financing costs.

Ongoing Communication: Strong communication—from weekly progress meetings to daily phone and email coordination—ensures issues are addressed promptly and decisions are made efficiently.

COMPLETE DESIGN | BUILD SERVICES

Architecture & Engineering

Fisher’s in-house architectural and engineering team provides a seamless, turnkey approach to facility design and construction. With experience designing millions of square feet of manufacturing, food processing, cold storage, and office facilities, our professionals develop practical, efficient solutions that align operational needs with long-term business goals. By integrating design and construction under one roof, we streamline coordination, accelerate project delivery, and help ensure cost-effective, high-performing facilities.

General Contractors

First and foremost, we’re builders. With decades of construction experience, we excel at planning and executing every phase of a project. Successful general contracting requires coordinating countless interconnected activities—from the foundation and structural systems to the roof and everything in between. At Fisher, our integrated design-build approach extends throughout the entire project, with particular focus on critical building systems such as utilities and equipment installation. By maintaining control of these key elements, we streamline coordination, manage schedules and budgets more effectively, and ensure our clients’ goals are met from concept through completion.

Civil Site Work & Utility Installation

Bedrock, underground rivers, and concealed debris can all threaten project schedules and budgets. With Fisher’s self-performed civil sitework and utility installation crews, clients gain a responsive, experienced partner capable of quickly identifying and overcoming unforeseen site challenges. Our expertise and control of critical site operations help keep projects moving safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

MEP Process Engineering & Installation

Our MEP specialists collaborate closely with Owners to gain a thorough understanding of their facility’s processes, production requirements, and operational goals. This integrated approach allows us to develop highly efficient process designs that align building systems with operational workflows, maximizing productivity and performance. With extensive experience coordinating equipment procurement, delivery, and installation, we proactively manage critical lead times to keep projects on schedule. The result is fully commissioned mechanical systems, complete with organized operation and maintenance manuals and comprehensive documentation, ensuring reliable and efficient performance long after occupancy.

Thermal Envelope Systems

When constructing or renovating thermal and food-safe environments, proper design and installation are critical to ensuring long-term building performance and reliability. The building envelope—consisting of walls, floors, ceilings, and openings—requires specialized expertise to maintain temperature control, energy efficiency, and sanitation standards. Fisher Thermal designs and installs durable, long-lasting thermal envelope systems tailored for food processing and controlled-temperature facilities, delivering performance that protects operations for decades.

Roofing Installation & Repair

From top to bottom, Fisher has it covered. Led by roofing professionals with decades of commercial roofing experience, our team delivers all types of new construction roofing systems, including low-slope, steep-slope, TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up, and architectural roofing. We also provide comprehensive repair services, re-roofing, preventive maintenance programs, and 24/7 emergency response to help protect and extend the life of your roof.

Temperature-Controlled

LEADERS IN COLD STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Fisher has built millions of square feet of temperature-controlled warehouses. We have designed and built some of the most efficient refrigerated facilities in the US and Canada. Including an ever growing portfolio of Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) facilities.

Virtual Design

Fisher projects are designed in Revit, a building information modeling or BIM software that allows for 3-D modeling during the design process. BIM help identify potential conflicts early so they can be resolved before they become real problems at the job site.

Benefits of Revit Include:

    • Specifications are more exact, allowing accurate budgeting during the design stage
    • Fewer design changes as construction gets underway
    • Less waste and fewer delays
    • Better scheduling of trades and materials
    • Accurate as-builts for future facility management
    • Improved communication throughout the process
