Fisher Construction Group is a leading industrial and commercial general contractor headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in complex food processing, cold storage, manufacturing, and distribution facilities across the United States.
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to serve as the on-site leader for projects typically ranging from $10M to $75M+ in value. This role requires a strong field leader capable of independently managing site operations, safety, quality, schedule, subcontractors, and self-performed work. On many projects, the Superintendent will be the primary Fisher representative on site.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,345 – $145,000 plus an additional 20% travel premium when assigned to projects requiring relocation. Superintendent I is eligible for a potential annual bonus of up to $16,500, and Superintendent II is eligible for a potential annual bonus of up to $25,000.

Job Description
- Lead and manage daily field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and craft personnel to maintain schedule and productivity
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications
- Maintain project quality standards and enforce safety requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve field challenges
- Maintain organized and efficient jobsites with strong leadership and accountability
- Relocate to project sites throughout the U.S.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction field leadership
- Experience in food processing, cold storage, or other industrial construction preferred
- Experience in managing union labor environments preferred
- Trade background or journeyman-level field experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage diverse personalities and build productive working relationships
