Skagit Pediatric Clinic needed a construction firm capable of building its new 11,500-square-foot clinic within a short timeframe, because of its growing patient population. With Fisher’s reputation for meeting tight deadlines made them the obvious choice. The clinic was completed under budget and ready for move in on schedule – just seven months after breaking ground.

The center provides space for 18 exam and treatment rooms, office space for 20 physicians and nurse practitioners, with additional space for complementary training and staff support areas. Of special interest is the serpentine wall in the children’s room. Construction consisted of a 3,286-square-foot basement area with concrete floor slab and foundation walls. The primary 8,522-square-foot floor utilized stick frame construction over a crawl space.
