Location

This position is remote. Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time to Fisher offices and project sites throughout the United State when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company’s construction software platforms and Cloud/SaaS business applications.
  • Provide application oversight, interconnectivity, and administration across all company departments, including Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, IT, and Field Operations.
  • Configure user accounts, permissions, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues for office and field employees.
  • Lead software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and software pilot programs.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes and best practices within company software systems.
  • Create and conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Travel to jobsites and branch offices to support employees, mentor users, and gain a firsthand understanding of operational technology needs.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with software vendors regarding system enhancements, support issues, and new features.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend software solutions and process improvements that support company objectives.
  • Serve as the company’s operational software leader by developing and maintaining a long-term vision and strategy for construction technology initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction operations, construction technology, software administration, or systems implementation.
  • Experience with construction and business management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma), Procore, Viewpoint Vista, Bluebeam,
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Primavera P6, MS Project or similar platforms preferred. • Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in roles such as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar operational positions, is highly desirable.
  • Experience implementing enterprise software systems and leading change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and hands-on individual with a passion for both construction operations and technology.

Compensation & Benefits

Fisher Construction Group provides a highly-competitive wage and benefits package.  Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $98,521–$151,459 annually, with a potential annual performance bonus up to ranging from $12,000 to $25,000 depending on experience.
