Compensation and Benefits
Fisher Construction Group provides a highly-competitive wage and benefits package. Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $80,169 – $91,463 with addition 20% while traveling ($96,202 – $109,755) annually, with a potential annual performance bonus up to $9,500 to $12,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary
The Electrical Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with an Electrical Engineering degree and 1–2 years of construction experience who are looking to grow within the construction industry. Candidates must be willing to travel and/or relocate based on project needs.
Job Description
- Assist with the management and coordination of electrical construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Track material deliveries and project progress.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in resolving field and engineering issues as they arise.
- Apply knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable electrical codes throughout project execution.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 1–2 years of construction experience required.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, electrical installation types, and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
