Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical

David has worked in the cold storage industry for his entire career, managing and consulting on more than 400 facilities, and building nearly 4 million square feet of structures. He plans and manages the integration of mechanical and refrigeration systems for the construction of cold storage warehouses and processing facilities. He works with clients to design, engineer and manage ammonia or Freon refrigeration in new facilities and system retrofits. Dave assists Fisher clients with energy ideas, best operating practices, system operation, power company rebates and possible refrigeration system alterations for reduced production costs.

Managed 25 engineering/maintenance departments for cold storage warehouses in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, California, Colorado and Alberta, Canada
– Managed the annual capital maintenance budget of $3.15 MM for new ammonia
refrigeration equipment and controls installations, building and office expansions, new roofs, fire sprinkler systems, material handling equipment and steel rack installations.
