SKILL DEVELOPMENT

For our new recruits, when you come to work at Fisher, you will be teamed-up with a project manager or project architect. You’ll get the opportunity to contribute immediately by participating in project meetings and learning how design | build works. We strive to promote from within and encourage professional growth and training.

SALARIES

Fisher Construction provides a salary schedule that is reviewed annually. Eligible employees receive performance/salary reviews and performance bonuses annually.

FRINGE BENEFITS

Fisher contributes to the cost of health benefits for its employees by funding 85% of the premiums for the employee and 60% of the premium for dependents.
