In addition to construction project managers and project engineers, Fisher employs project architects, as well as mechanical, electrical, structural, and process engineers. SKILL DEVELOPMENT

For our new recruits, when you come to work at Fisher, you will be teamed-up with a project manager or project architect. You’ll get the opportunity to contribute immediately by participating in project meetings and learning how design | build works. We strive to promote from within and encourage professional growth and training.

SALARIES

Fisher Construction provides a salary schedule that is reviewed annually. Eligible employees receive performance/salary reviews and performance bonuses annually.

FRINGE BENEFITS

Fisher contributes to the cost of health benefits for its employees by funding 85% of the premiums for the employee and 60% of the premium for dependents.
